Hello, Carlile Families!

Here are the events and information for the week of Monday, March 7th-Friday, March 11th:

Wednesday, March 9th is a PTO Casual Pass Day.  Students may wear the clothing of their choice as long as it is within district dress code for only $1.00.  All money raised will right back to our students.  We are raising funds to purchase more technology in our building.  Thank you for your support.

We are also still collecting Box Tops. Our school earns money for the Box Tops and all money earned will go toward purchasing more technology in our building. Students can give Box Tops to their classroom teacher. Please turn in your Box Tops as soon as possible!

We want to inform our school community that law enforcement will be monitoring our schools throughout the day to address parking concerns. Parking violations can mainly be an issue before and after school when traffic volumes are at their peak, so we are asking you to be particularly aware at these peak times.
To avoid any violations, we are asking you to respect fire lanes, handicap, and any other clear markings where parking is prohibited.
Again, I want to stress the importance of respecting parking concerns at our school as they relate to school safety. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pueblo City Schools officials will be hosting two town hall meetings next week on March 8 & 10 to talk about our district improvement plan. The meeting on the 8th will be held at East High School and the meeting on the 10th is at South High - both start at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the media center.  We are encouraging you to attend. These meetings are a great opportunity for our district to gather input while informing our community of all the great work and progress we are making in our schools.

We are also still taking orders for our yearbooks. They are only $10.00 and can be ordered through the office. You don't want to miss out!

Parents, we need your assistance in keeping our students safe. We do not have adult supervision prior to 8:20 a.m. every morning. Please do not drop off your child before this time. Thank you for your cooperation.

We are looking forward to another WONDERFUL week at the BEST school in town and remember....Every Child, Every Day, We are CARLILE CHAMPIONS!
