Hello, Carlile Families!

Here are the events and information for the week of Monday, April 30th-Friday, May 4th:

On Thursday, May 3rd, we are having a Title 1 Family Night beginning at 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.  This is for kindergarten-5th grade students.  Please join us for a fun night!  You will receive a treat for coming!   We will also be drawing for fabulous prizes!  Hope to see you there!

There will be no school for students on Friday, May 4th.  This is an Assessment Day.  Your child's teacher should have scheduled an appointment for you to bring your child in to test.  If you have not heard from your child's teacher, please contact the office or the teacher.  We appreciate you bringing in your child to test on Friday, May 4th.

Yearbooks are now on sale.  Yearbooks are $10.00 and will be distributed on the last day of school.  We will accept cash only and they are sold on a first come first serve basis.  We have a limited quantity so you don't want to miss out.  Yearbook forms were sent home this week.

Students in 3rd through 5th grade received a permission slip to complete a survey through the No Bully grant. Parents, please return those slips so that students can relay how they feel Carlile handles certain issues.

Parents, we are asking all to please be aware of student safety at all times. We respectfully ask that you please drop off your students at the curb and not in the street as well as please do not block our crosswalk areas. Thank you for helping us keep all of our students safe.  Student safety is our number one priority.

We want to remind you that we also have a Facebook Page. We are listed under Carlile School. You can check there for weekly messages as well as our website. To get to our website, please go to the Pueblo City Schools website and click schools and then click on Carlile. You will not only find our weekly message there, but we also have a calendar with upcoming events.

We are looking forward to a great week at the BEST SCHOOL IN TOWN and remember....As CATS, We ACCEPT AND RESPECT!
