Hello, Carlile Families!
Here is our Game Plan for the week of Monday, March 2nd-Friday, March 6th:
Fourth and fifth grade students will be testing this week. Thank you for ensuring that your child is here on time and remains in school until the time of dismissal. We are asking all parents to make appointments after school, if at all possible. Please support your child by getting them to school on time and also making sure that students get plenty of rest each night. Thank you for supporting your child's education.
Attention...you won't want to miss this special event! We will be holding a special attendance drive for the next two weeks. Our Attendance Drive begins tomorrow, Monday, March 2nd and will end on Friday, March 13th. Each day, every student who arrives on time and stays all day, will write their name on a piece of paper to be entered in a drawing. At the end of each week, on Friday, 20 names will be drawn to win a casual pass and 2 Fast Food coupons each! That is 40 winners total! The same student will not be able to win more than one prize in a week, but winners from the first week will be eligible to win again the second week. Please help your students to be on time each day, and keep them in school all day, so that they have a chance to win this contest!! Thank you for your support!!
We will be holding our monthly PTO Meeting this coming Thursday, March 5th beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Carlile Media Center. We hope to see you there!
Wednesday, March 4th is our PTO Casual Pass Day! Students may wear the clothing of their choice as long as it is within district dress code for only $1.00. All money raised will go toward purchasing more technology for our classrooms. Thank you for your support!
Due to the recent snow days, a few activities need to be rescheduled. The fourth grade performance has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 19th. We are in the process rescheduling our class pictures. Please watch for more information to come soon. Also, our popcorn day has been rescheduled to take place on Thursday, March 19th.
BOX TOPS!! We are still collecting Box Tops! Please have your child turn in box tops to their classroom teacher! All you need to do is cut box tops off participating products and send the box tops with your student. Our school makes money off of the Box Tops and all money will go toward raising more funds for technology in our building. Thank you for your support!
Parents, we need your help! Please do not drop off your student BEFORE 7:50 a.m. We do not have teacher supervision prior to 7:50 a.m. Thank you for helping us keep all of our children safe.
We are looking forward to another FANTASTIC week at the BEST school in town and remember....WE ARE ALL ON THE SAME TEAM!
