Hello, Carlile Wildcat Families!

Here are the events and information for the week of Monday, May 1st-Friday, May 5th:

Our Kindness Campaign begins this Monday!  Help us spread acts of kindness and watch our kindness tree bloom!  We will be wearing our #kindnesswins shirts every Friday until the end of the year to promote kindness.  Kindness Grams will be for sale soon for just 50 cents!  Please see Mrs. Florez with any questions or concerns about the Kindness Campaign.

Carlile Yearbooks are now on sale.  Your child can receive a full-color Yearbook for only $10!   Envelopes were sent home last week. Please return envelope with CASH ONLY!!! Checks will not be accepted.  Make sure to put your student's name, teacher's name, and grade level on the space provided. We have a limited number of yearbooks so they will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.  Yearbooks will be given to students on the last day of school!

I would also like to remind you about an early release we are scheduling for next month on May 19 for all students. Please mark your calendars and note that all elementary students will be released at Noon on that day. Transportation services are aware of this and have modified their schedules to accommodate all bus routes for the day.
The reason for the early release is so that our staff can receive the elementary No Bully Foundational Training. This early release will affect all elementary schools in our district.  Again, the early release is scheduled for May 19 only and will only affect schedules at our elementary schools.
We are providing advanced notice to allow you time to make any accommodations you may need.

We are still collecting BOX TOPS! Please submit all Box Tops to your child's teacher. We appreciate your support of our school!

Parents, this serves as another important reminder that safety is our number one priority at Carlile. Please do not drop off your student prior to 8:20 a.m. as there is no supervision on our playground before that time.

COMING NEXT WEEK:

Next Monday, May 8th we will be having our last FAMILY NIGHT of this school year!  It will begin at 6:00 p.m-7:30
Also, next week is Teacher Appreciation Week!  How can we thank our teachers for all of the wonderful things they do for us?
Also, our 5th grade students will be attending the Water Festival next Tuesday, May 9th.

We are looking forward to another WONDERFUL week at the BEST school in town and remember...Every Child, Every Day, We are CARLILE CHAMPIONS!
